準(zhǔn)備面試準(zhǔn)備了那么久，心里還是難免忐忑不安。見到面試官，第一句說什么好呢?我們來看看 Susan Li是怎么開始她的開場白的吧。

Susan: Excuse me. May I see Mr. John Watt, the personnel manager?

Watt: It's me. What can I do for you?

Susan: I have come at your invitation for an interview. Nice to meet you, Mr. Watt.

Watt: Nice to meet you too. Please sit down.

Susan: Thank you.

Watt: May I have your name?

Susan: My name is Susan Li.

Watt: OK, Miss Li, we have received your letter in answer to our advertisement. I would like to talk with you regarding your qualifications for this position.

Susan: I am very happy that I am qualified for an interview.

Notes:

1. 對話中Susan來參加面試，人事經(jīng)理接待了她。人事經(jīng)理是the personnel manager。Susan開始問：May I see Mr. John Watt, the personnel manager?(我想見人事經(jīng)理。)May I...? 是非常客氣的問話方式。Susan問的人正是人事經(jīng)理，他回答到：It's me. What can I do for you? (我就是，有什么事情嗎?)

2. Susan回答I have come at your invitation for an interview. 我是應(yīng)你們的要求來面試的。at one's invitation，在某人的邀請下。例如：He came to my birthday party at my mother's invitation. 我母親邀請他來參加我的生日舞會。這句話還可以這樣說：I'm here for an interview as requested. 來源：考試大

3. 兩個(gè)人互相打過了招呼。May I have your name? 直譯就是"我可以知道你的名字嗎?"是很客氣的問法。We have received your letter in answer to our advertisement. I would like to talk with you regarding your qualifications for this position. (我們已經(jīng)收到您回復(fù)招聘廣告的信函了。我想和你談?wù)勀愕那闆r和這個(gè)職位。)這里面應(yīng)該包括了簡歷。更加簡單的說法是：We have received your letter and resume, and we thought we would like to ask you to come here for an interview.

4. be qualified for something或者是be qualified to do something，有資格做某事。例如：You're not qualified to be a doctor. 你沒有做醫(yī)生的資格。表示"很榮幸參加面試"還可以這樣說：It is a great pleasure for me to have this opportunity for interview.
