這兩個詞均可表示“給”。其區(qū)別是：

give所指的“給”,對方一般是接受; offer所指的“給”,對方可能接受,也可能拒絕。試比較:

offer作名詞或動詞時，后均可加不定式，但是在作名詞時所接的不定式的動作一般是由提出offer的人做的。

He made an offer to teach me French.
