　　2007年，我們曾發(fā)起“中國外商投資企業(yè)履行社會責(zé)任倡議”，

中國外商投資企業(yè)踐行“五好”共贏發(fā)展倡議書

。7年間，圍繞中國全面建設(shè)小康社會的目標(biāo)以及可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，中國外商投資企業(yè)將社會責(zé)任融入企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略和日常經(jīng)營中，努力實現(xiàn)企業(yè)和社會共同可持續(xù)發(fā)展。在中國全面推進(jìn)深化改革的新時期，參加“2014中國外商投資企業(yè)履行社會責(zé)任優(yōu)秀案例發(fā)布會”的企業(yè)，向所有在華外資企業(yè)倡議：升級中國外商投資企業(yè)履行社會責(zé)任行動——“踐行‘五好’，共贏發(fā)展”：

　　——積極關(guān)注中國社會發(fā)展，努力帶動供應(yīng)鏈上的企業(yè)和行業(yè)伙伴共同履行社會責(zé)任，共擔(dān)發(fā)展責(zé)任，共享發(fā)展成果，做“合作好伙伴”;

　　——守法經(jīng)營，向社會提供高質(zhì)量的合格產(chǎn)品和完善的服務(wù)，保護(hù)客戶權(quán)益，并不斷創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)，做“客戶好朋友”;

　　——為社會提供更多就業(yè)機(jī)會，保護(hù)員工合法權(quán)益，建立和諧勞資關(guān)系，搭建員工事業(yè)發(fā)展平臺，做“員工好雇主”;

　　——將中國視為長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展的家園和土壤，保護(hù)生態(tài)環(huán)境，節(jié)能減排，加強(qiáng)生態(tài)文明建設(shè)，做“環(huán)境好使者”;

　　——繼續(xù)積極參加社會公益事業(yè)，創(chuàng)新公益方式，貢獻(xiàn)中國和諧社會建設(shè)，做“社區(qū)好鄰居”。

　　從不同的國家和地區(qū)來到中國，我們是中國改革開放的直接受益者，同時也是中國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的貢獻(xiàn)者。

　　在中國全面建設(shè)小康社會的今天，出席“中國外商投資企業(yè)社會責(zé)任論壇”的代表，向所有在華外資企業(yè)發(fā)出“履行社會責(zé)任，共創(chuàng)美好未來”的倡議：

　　我們認(rèn)為——

　　建設(shè)人類美好未來，是各國企業(yè)的共同目標(biāo)，履行社會責(zé)任應(yīng)是企業(yè)責(zé)無旁貸的責(zé)任;

　　社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展是企業(yè)的生命力，圍繞中國全面建設(shè)小康社會的目標(biāo)以及可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略，積極踐行社會責(zé)任，是我們可持續(xù)發(fā)展的基石;

　　責(zé)任競爭力是企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的內(nèi)在需求，整合社會和環(huán)境問題到企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略和日常經(jīng)營中，是企業(yè)提升責(zé)任競爭力的基礎(chǔ)。

　　我們承諾——

　　Proposal Letter on Fulfilling Social Responsibility by Foreign Invested Enterprises in China

　　Coming to China from different countries and regions, we are the direct beneficiaries of the country’s reform and open-up drive while being contributors to the its economic development.

　　Against the current backdrop wherein China is building itself into a well-off society in an all-round way, representatives attending the “Forum on the Social Responsibility of Foreign Invested Enterprises in China” put forward the proposal of “fulfilling corporate social responsibility to create a better future” to all foreign invested enterprises in China.

　　We believe that--

　　Shaping a bright future for human beings is a shared objective of enterprises from all countries and fulfilling social responsibility is a due responsibility of those enterprises;

　　The sustainable development of the economy and society is the vital force for enterprises. Vigorous implementation of social responsibility in tandem with the objective of building a well-off society and the sustainable development strategy is the base of sustainable development of those enterprises;

　　Responsible competitiveness conforms to the requirements inherent in the enterprises’ pursuit of sustainable development. The incorporation of social and environmental issues into the business strategy and daily operations of enterprises constitutes the foundation to improve their responsible competitiveness.

　　We pledge that--

　　We will earnestly observe Chinese law, operate in a legal manner, pay taxes according to law, protect intellectual property, and provide the society with highly qualified products and comprehensive services;

　　We will provide the society with more employment opportunities, protect the legitimate rights and interests of the employees, and establish a harmonious relationship between the employers and the employees;

　　We will regard China as both the home and the soil to grow enterprises, protect the ecological environment, conserve energy and reduce emission, and build an environment friendly and resource efficient society;

　　We will continue to participate in social welfare and charity programs, contributing to China’s efforts of building itself into a harmonious society;

　　We will go to great lengths to stimulating and mobilizing enterprises alongside the supply chains to join us in fulfilling social responsibility, translating the fulfillment of corporate social responsibility into the consensus and actions of all enterprises.
