10月24日的《華盛頓郵報(bào)》披露說(shuō)，美國(guó)中央情報(bào)局（CIA）在過(guò)去的6個(gè)月中已經(jīng)將十多名囚犯從伊拉克境內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)移到了外國(guó)。一些專(zhuān)家指出，美國(guó)政府的這種行為違背了國(guó)際法�！度A盛頓郵報(bào)》援引一位匿名情報(bào)官員的話(huà)說(shuō)，中央情報(bào)局對(duì)國(guó)際紅十字會(huì)和其他機(jī)構(gòu)隱瞞了這些囚犯的存在。不過(guò)中情局的解釋是，它這么做的依據(jù)是美國(guó)司法部的一份秘密備忘錄。

新華社消息：The CIA has used a memo drafted by the Justice Department to secretly transport as many as a dozen detainees out of Iraq in the last six months, a practice that experts say contravenes the Geneva Convention, The Washington Post reported Sunday.

The CIA, which requested the confidential memo, has concealed the detainees from the International Committee of the Red Cross and other authorities, the Post quoted officials
