　　Social customs and ways of behaving change. Things which were considered impolite many years ago are now acceptable. To see a woman smoking in public today is not surprising, nor is it always "ladies first" through doors, or on a crowded bus or train need the man give his seat to a woman. Customs also differ from country to country. The important thing to remember about social customs is not to do anything that might make other people feel uncomfortable, especially if they are your guests.

　　社會(huì)習(xí)俗與行為方式變遷。許多年前被認(rèn)為不禮貌的東西現(xiàn)在可以接受了。今天看到一個(gè)女人在公共場(chǎng)所吸煙并不奇怪，也不是總是“女士優(yōu)先”通過門，或在擁擠的公共汽車或火車上需要男人讓座給一個(gè)女人。各國的風(fēng)俗也各不相同。重要的是要記住的社會(huì)習(xí)俗是不要做任何可能使別人感到不舒服，特別是如果他們是你的客人。
