The Chinese sport shooter I like best is Wang Yifu who was in terms of Olympic medals one of the most successful sport shooters of all times. He specializes in the 50 m Pistol and 10 m Air Pistol events.
Wang won his first Olympic medal in the Los Angeles games at the age of 23. After this, the Air Pistol event was added to the program, and this is where he has achieved his greatest acplishments. He won the 1992 gold medal only days after a new medal in the 50 m event. His three attempts to repeat the victory have provided impressive results and very tight duels:
In the 20xx petition, Wang scored 590 once more, but lost the Olympic record to Mikhail Nestruev (Russia) who achieved 591. However, Wang Yifu chased quickly and eventually won by a margin of 0.2 points to get his second Olympic gold.
I like Wang Yifu, and I also like his great sprite.

new beijing, great olympics
the olympic game has been the most cheerful and anticipated event throughout beijing ever since beijing was rewarded the right to host the summer olympic games, yet the focus should be shifted from making a promise to fulfilling the promise made.
in my point of view, to bridge the gap between the promise and reality, beijing still has a long way to go. to begin with, infrastructure construction should be the primary concern. such infrastructures as communications and transportation system and facilities ought to draw our constant attention. first, traffic jam has been an age瞣ld headache in beijing. the scene of long queues of vehicles worming their way inch by inch will surely cause great incontinence, and blemish the image of the city meanwhile. net, to add enchantment to convenience, overall city瞤lanning is indispensable. time permitting, a redesign of city layout and adjustment of architectural style would provide a better environment for fostering the characteristic, blending, oriental elegance with international grandeur, will tower aloft among surrounding architectures. to achieve such effect, beijing shall solicit opinions from first瞨ate architects and make an overall plan. thirdly, quality of the population should be improved. to make an international metropolis, both “hardware” and “software” are important.
however, rome was not built in a day. to carry out the promise of “new beijing, great olympics”, deeds speak louder than words

It is known to all that the 2008 Olympic Games will be held in Beijing. In order to make it a successful event,we will improve the environment of Beijing and build more venues. At the same time,it is necessary for us to improve the quality and culture of the citizens as manners play an important role in international communication. I notice that sometimes some young people don't behave properly in our daily lives. For example, spitting in public places can be seen somewhere. The lawns are entered in the park although it is not right to do so.The flowers in public garden are picked. What is worse, rubbish and plastic bags are thrown on the ground in the street.
In my opinion, these bad behaviors will make bad impressions upon visitors to China. So every one of us should form good habits from now on.

The advantages of hosting Olympics
First of all, I want to say that obviously hosting the 2008 Olympics will do Beijing lots of good. Because if not, the government will be very clear about that, and then the government wouldn’t be eager to host the Olympics.
Then, we can talk about the details. Now Chinese athletes are having more and more gold medals, and the world are paying more and more attention to China. But still, lots of foreigners regard China as an old, poor, unhealthy Asian country. So we should let the world know the truth, and see our developing. And hosting the Olympics is one of the best ways.
A great number of people will come to China to see the Olympics. The tourism will develop extremely fast, and bring China lots of income to manage the country and make it even better. The whole world will see what China is like and how China changes on the TV, radio, and Internet. Of course it will be very crowded when so many people come, especially the population is already huge in Beijing. But we can limit the private cars to run on the main roads, and advocate taking buses and riding bikes more often. If people are still to many, we have to let some out-of-towns leave for weekends to maintain the streets a bit more empty.
In conclusion, I believe we will have successful Olympics in 2008 in Beijing.

today the way we consider human psychology and mental development is heavily determined by the genetic sciences. we now understand the importance of inherited characteristics more than ever before. yet we are still unable to decide whether an individuals personality and development are more influenced by genetic factors (nature) or by the environment (nurture).
research, relating to identical twins, has highlighted how significant inherited characteristics can be for an individuals life. but whether these characteristics are able to develop within the personality of an individual surely depends on whether the circumstances allow such a development. it seems that the eperiences we have in life are so unpredictable and so powerful, that they can boost or over-ride other influences, and there seems to be plenty of research findings to confirm this.
my own view is that there is no one major influence in a persons life. instead, the traits we inherit from our parents and the situation and eperiences that we encounter in life are constantly interacting. it is the interaction of the two that shapes a persons personality and dictates how that personality develops. if this were not true, we would be able to predict the behavior and character of a person from the moment they were born. in conclusion, i do not think that either nature or nurture is the major influence on a person, but that both have powerful effects.
