中學(xué)英語教學(xué)大綱中明確指出:“寫是書面表達(dá)和傳遞信息的交際能力。培養(yǎng)初步寫的能力,是英語教學(xué)的目的之一。”在近年的高考中英語寫作也占有相當(dāng)比重。因此,在高中階段教師應(yīng)在指導(dǎo)和組織學(xué)生進(jìn)行英語寫作上下功夫,在平時(shí)教學(xué)中應(yīng)有計(jì)劃有目的地去訓(xùn)練和提高學(xué)生的寫作能力。
一、學(xué)生能充分認(rèn)識(shí)英語寫作的重要性是寫作能力提高的必要條件。
英語寫作能力的提高需要持之以恒的長期訓(xùn)練。如果學(xué)生對寫作重要性認(rèn)識(shí)不夠,他們就不能積極主動(dòng)地去配合老師搞好寫作訓(xùn)練,甚至產(chǎn)生逆反心理,產(chǎn)生對立情緒,英語寫作就會(huì)半途而廢,達(dá)不到預(yù)期目的。
在平時(shí)教學(xué)中,老師要經(jīng)常性地有意識(shí)地對學(xué)生進(jìn)行寫作重要性的教育。學(xué)生一進(jìn)入高中就要讓他們了解初中和高中英語教學(xué)要求的異同。

我還聯(lián)系在過去高考中英語取得優(yōu)異成績的畢業(yè)生,用書信介紹學(xué)好英語的方法,特別是在英語寫作方面的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn)和英語寫作對他們當(dāng)時(shí)及后來英語學(xué)習(xí)的重要性。這些畢業(yè)生有很大的感召力,很有說服性,尤其對那些有逆反心理的學(xué)生。
二、指導(dǎo)寫作應(yīng)注意的幾個(gè)問題:
1.教師要有明確合理的教學(xué)計(jì)劃和教學(xué)程序,組織系統(tǒng)規(guī)范的有序訓(xùn)練。
2.幫助和要求學(xué)生養(yǎng)成積極主動(dòng)地堅(jiān)持英語寫作的良好習(xí)慣。
3.堅(jiān)持循序漸進(jìn)的訓(xùn)練原則。寫作要先易后難,先短后長,先學(xué)會(huì)運(yùn)用簡單句、并列句,后學(xué)會(huì)用復(fù)合句表達(dá),先寫正確句子逐步過渡到圍繞一個(gè)人、一件事、一個(gè)觀點(diǎn)去寫有中心的文章,由不限定時(shí)間到限定時(shí)間,由限定時(shí)間長到限定時(shí)間短,由限定字?jǐn)?shù)少到多……
4.分程度要求。對學(xué)生的要求不能一刀切,對學(xué)習(xí)好的要求要高,對學(xué)習(xí)差的要求要適當(dāng)?shù)鸵恍R苊庥行⿲W(xué)生輕而易舉垂手可得,而有些學(xué)生又可望而不可及的情況發(fā)生。
5.注意講評。要經(jīng)常指出優(yōu)點(diǎn),以利模仿,指出缺點(diǎn),警示避免。
6.鼓勵(lì)優(yōu)秀,耐心幫助差生。充分利用板報(bào)、專欄進(jìn)行優(yōu)秀作文展覽,或者也可采用傳閱方式進(jìn)行。但不能放棄或岐視差生,要經(jīng)常幫助他們樹立信心,掌握寫作方法和技巧。
7.基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)和能力并重,聽說讀和寫并舉。教師在平時(shí)教學(xué)中應(yīng)充分利用一切可以利用的機(jī)會(huì)啟發(fā)引導(dǎo)學(xué)生提高自己的寫作水平。如遇到優(yōu)秀的句、段或篇提示學(xué)生注意欣賞作者的表達(dá)法,把它們作為范例,在自己寫作中加以模仿和運(yùn)用。又如遇到英漢表達(dá)方法不同之處,提示學(xué)生注意英語的正確表達(dá)法,切忌出現(xiàn)漢語式的英語。要幫助學(xué)生養(yǎng)成正確運(yùn)用標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號的好習(xí)慣,切忌一點(diǎn)到底的錯(cuò)誤方法。
8.要求學(xué)生在寫作中寧簡勿誤,不能養(yǎng)成隨隨便便的習(xí)慣,要養(yǎng)成嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)推敲的風(fēng)氣。
三、訓(xùn)練寫作的常用方法。
寫作訓(xùn)練應(yīng)考慮循序漸進(jìn)的原則,采取逐步提高的形式進(jìn)行。
1.用學(xué)過的詞、短語或句式,模仿課文中的表達(dá)法造句。2.換課文中的人物、時(shí)態(tài)、語態(tài)或體裁等改寫課文。3.看圖作文。4.填補(bǔ)式作文。5.寫課文復(fù)述材料或?qū)懶牡皿w會(huì)。6.將打亂順序的句子按事件發(fā)展的時(shí)間順序或邏輯關(guān)系等整理成一篇完整的短文。7.教師給出題目和提綱讓學(xué)生寫作。8.寫日記或周記。9.材料作文。教師給出漢語提示讓學(xué)生用英語表達(dá)。
四、注意糾正學(xué)生英語作寫中容易出現(xiàn)的錯(cuò)誤。
學(xué)生最初寫作時(shí),教師要給予必要的指導(dǎo),使他們少犯錯(cuò)誤。教師還要經(jīng)常性地例舉錯(cuò)誤的表達(dá)法,提醒學(xué)生注意避免。在批閱作文時(shí)教師要隨時(shí)標(biāo)出學(xué)生錯(cuò)誤之處,還要隨時(shí)記錄學(xué)生所犯錯(cuò)誤,把學(xué)生的錯(cuò)誤加以歸類總結(jié),把普遍性的錯(cuò)誤提出來,讓學(xué)生集體改錯(cuò),使他們的語言表達(dá)盡可能地規(guī)范正確。
總之,學(xué)生英語寫作能力在老師有計(jì)劃的組織和耐心幫助、正確引導(dǎo)下,在學(xué)生長期積極密切的配合下是能夠得以逐步提高的。

There are lots of big or small, red or green, beautiful gardens around us .But there are still some other lands bare of grasses or trees on the earth. Some people may ask why not led all lands covered with trees, flowers and grasses? Why not prevent the lands from being desert? Why not prevent the air from being polluted? And why not prevent the earth from being poisoned? Yes! Our environment is being polluted faster than nature and man’s efforts can prevent. Time is bring us more people, and more people will bring us more industry. So many trees will be cut down, and more large cities will be set up. Lots of waste material, in return, is produced and harms the environment. So some experts declare that the balance of nature is being destroyed. The survival of man is in danger. We feel really sad about it. What can we do to solve this problem? We must forbid cutting down trees and forbid killing animals and pouring waste water into rivers and so on. We’ll never destroy the balance of nature. Let’s get along well with all animals. Let the trees, flowers and grasses come back to our home. Because we have only one home --- the earth.
