　    lily plant lots of seeds in her garden,but nothing ever grows. 　

　 “i can't understand it!”says lily with a sigh. 　

　　but one day as she looks out of the window at her brown earth,she understands the reason. 　

　　her litte dog is digging on one side of the garden ,her kitten is scratching the soil on the soil on the other side,and some birds are pecking at the seeds in the middile. 　

　　“i think i shall have to plant my seeds in a flower pot,”says lily,“they 'll be safe there!”

· 莉莉在她的花園里種了許多種子,但是什么也沒(méi)有長(zhǎng)出來(lái). 　

　　“我真納悶!”莉莉嘆息著說(shuō). 　

　　但有一天,當(dāng)她透過(guò)窗戶看她那塊褐色土地時(shí),她就明白了一切. 　

　　她的小狗正在花園的一邊挖土,他的小貓?jiān)谝贿呑ネ?還有幾只小鳥(niǎo)在花園中間啄種子吃. 　 www

　　“看來(lái)我不得不把種子種在花盆里了.”莉莉自言自語(yǔ)道:“種在那兒就沒(méi)事了!”
