新型納米纖維膜對地下水中重金屬的過濾去除研究
摘要: 采用掃描電鏡表征了氯化聚氯乙烯靜電紡絲納米纖維膜的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)特征,并進行了去除地下水中銅、鉛、鎘等重金屬陽離子的過濾試驗,包括直接過濾、加土壤過濾、加硅藻土過濾和膠束強化過濾.結(jié)果表明,最佳的過濾工藝是膠束強化過濾,其最佳試驗條件是10層膜過濾和5mmol/L的SDBS濃度,對銅、鉛、鎘的去除率分別超過73%,82%和91%. Abstract: A novel nanofiber membrane, named M-1, is prepared from chlorinated polyvinyl chloride by high-voltage electrospinning process. The removals of divalent metal cations including Cu2+, Pb2+ and Cd2+ from the simulated groundwater by M-1 have been investigated. To obtain the best heavy metal removal, several filtration methods using M-1 have been presented, including direct filtration, soil-addition filtration, diatomite-addition filtration and micellar enhanced filtration (MEF). The best filtration method for M-1 to remove heavy metal cations is MEF whose optimal experimental conditions are 10-layer filtration and sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS) concentration of 5mmol/L.
