畢業(yè)論文-孔子“仁”學(xué)思想對秘書人員處理人際關(guān)系的啟示 - 語言文學(xué)論文
摘 要
在現(xiàn)代社會，秘書職業(yè)已經(jīng)成為機(jī)關(guān)、團(tuán)體和企業(yè)等社會組織不可或缺的重要崗位之1。秘書人員在社會組織中處于承上啟下、協(xié)調(diào)左右、溝通內(nèi)外的樞紐地位。作為連接領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者和員工、組織與組織之間的橋梁，具備良好的人際關(guān)系是秘書成功的基礎(chǔ)。因此，秘書人員必須不斷地提高自身的道德水平和各方面的職業(yè)素養(yǎng)，才能正確恰當(dāng)?shù)靥幚砗酶鞣N復(fù)雜的人際關(guān)系。要提高自身的道德水平與職業(yè)素養(yǎng)，就必須努力學(xué)習(xí)各種科學(xué)文化知識，汲取其中的精華，并運(yùn)用到工作之中，才會對其工作有所裨益�？鬃拥摹叭省睂W(xué)思想是我國儒家文化的核心精神�？鬃印叭省睂W(xué)思想內(nèi)涵豐富，影響深遠(yuǎn)，秘書人員應(yīng)當(dāng)以開放的心靈和放眼未來的胸懷來批判、繼承和發(fā)展孔子的仁學(xué)思想，并能夠理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際，運(yùn)用到工作生活與人際交往之中，將會為秘書工作的順利開展帶來事半功倍的效果。

ABSTRACT
In modern age society, secretary occupation already becames the very inpotant essential in the social organizations. Secretaries are hinge in the social organization. Secretaries to regard hinge as social between organizations and organizations. To be equipped with good interpersonal relationship is the foundation of success for secretaries. Secretaries must continue by raise morality level and occupation attainment,then they will deal with interpersonal relationship well. Secretaries must study hard to work. Benevolence theory of Confucian is nucleus spiritual of Chinese cultural tradition. Benevolence theory of Confucian is influence far-reaching for Chinese people. Secretaries should take a critical view of Benevolence theory of Confucian. Secretaries to use of Benevolence theory of Confucian in dealing with interpersonal relationship will bring about consummate effects for their work.
