考研英語作文萬能模板之慰問信模板

一、信函寫作：稱呼、正文、落款

1、審題—-判斷是個(gè)人書信&事務(wù)公函

決定：

語域使用：正式：使用禮貌表達(dá)，不用縮略語(對公)

半正式：可以使用縮略和口語表達(dá)(對私)

非正式：(一般不考)——It depends

呼語： 特定的寫信對象：Dear XX

不明確收信人：Dear Sir/Madam, or To Whom It May Concern

2、正文

三段(8句)：寫作目的段、細(xì)化段、感謝或者期待。

3、各種信函內(nèi)容安排

5)慰問信：

A.基本結(jié)構(gòu)

Dear…,

表示同情,進(jìn)行安慰;

鼓勵(lì)其努力;

在此表示同情，并希望其早日復(fù)原。

I was really shocked and saddened to hear of your unhappy experience in the earthquake.

There is little that anyone can say or do at a time like this to ease your grief, but I would express my deepest sympathy.
