【邀請函格式】
邀請函是邀請親朋好友或知名人士、專家等參加某項活動時所發(fā)的請約性書信。它是現(xiàn)實生活中常用的一種日常應(yīng)用寫作文種。在國際交往以及日常的各種社交活動中,這類書信使用廣泛,在應(yīng)用寫作中邀請函是非常重要的。
邀請函的格式主要有四個部分,分別是標題、稱謂、正文、落款。
一、標題
由活動名稱和文種名組成,還可包括個性化的活動主題標語。如“XX公司年終客戶答謝會邀請函”;顒又黝}標語可以體現(xiàn)舉辦方特有的企業(yè)文化特色。
二、稱謂
邀請函的稱謂使用“統(tǒng)稱”,并在統(tǒng)稱前加敬語。例如,“尊敬的X X X先生/女士”或“尊敬的X X X總經(jīng)理(局長)”。
三、正文
邀請函正文是指商務(wù)禮儀活動主辦方正式告知被邀請方舉辦活動的緣由、目的、事項及要求,寫明活動的日程安排、時間、地點,并對被邀請方發(fā)出得體、誠摯的邀請。
正文的結(jié)尾一般要寫常用的邀請慣用語。如“敬請光臨”、“歡迎光臨”。
四、落款
落款要寫明禮儀活動主辦單位的.全稱和成文日期。
【邀請函格式模板注意問題】
一、被邀請者的姓名應(yīng)寫全,不應(yīng)寫綽號或別名。
二、在兩個姓名之間應(yīng)該寫上"暨"或"和",不用頓號或逗號。
三、應(yīng)該寫明舉辦活動的具體日期(幾月幾日,星期幾)。
四、寫明舉辦活動的地點。
