四級考試從1987年以來已經(jīng)走過了23個年頭。20xx年6月實(shí)行新四級考試，12月份開始全國將全面推行新四級考試。對于新四級考試，我們可以清楚地看到，雖然考試難度較之以前有所偏易，但是考試本身對于英語的全面考察卻是加強(qiáng)了。

所謂不會寫指的是，當(dāng)考試拿過一篇文章不知如何下手，不知如何提筆進(jìn)行寫作。筆者認(rèn)為主要是存在以下兩個原因：一是考生的確無話可說;二是心里雖然有話，但是拿捏不準(zhǔn)該寫哪句為妙。于是思前想后、猶豫不決，始終不敢提筆進(jìn)行寫作。
