When students go into college, they need to join in the group, there is no way for them to live alone. They have new classmates an student can handle it well.

To fit in the group, As most students are only child in the family, so they don’t know how to get along well with their roommates. They always notice themselves and ignore others’ feelings. But as they live in a dormitory, th environment.

To fit in a group, surrounding, it is easy to have conflict, different cultures happen among students from different regions. Then it is important to be honest and try to talk about the problem, or the conflict will bigger.

It is a big lesson for students easily.

Some people love to change, and they look forward to new experiences. For them, following routines is tedious, they always want to do something new to have fun; while some others like to stay the same and make no change. According to them, try something new is risky, and sometimes they cannot even take the consequence of it. In my humble opinion, I think both have its own advantages and disadvantages.

For one thing, the people who don’t like to change usually have the personality of steady and calm. If you ever try to make friends with this kind of people, you will find that they will provide you with a sense of security and dependency. However, these kinds of people usually follow a fixed schedule; they don’t like to try new things. They may be quite upset if things don’t go according to plan, in this case, they will lose the opportunities to experience new stuff.

For another thing, the people who love to change also have advantages and disadvantages. They are willing to try new things, such as traveling to different countries, try a new recipe, or try to learn yoga. So they can broaden their horizon to some extent. They do not afraid of taking the risks and try to enjoy the most of life. But they usually lack of determination and perseverance, it seems that they can do everything; actually, they don’t know anything.

As far as I concern, both of these lifestyles are impractical, because nobody will stay the same forever, while nobody will always willing to try something new. For me, the ideal lifestyle is somewhere between these two lifestyles. I can live in the way I want to, and try the new ways too.

According to the statistics, only 58% of college graduates could find jobs in their specialties。 Why do college graduates find it increasingly difficult to get a rewarding job?

One reason perhaps is that many colleges and universities fail to adapt their courses to the development of economy。 Degree courses offered in these institutions of higher learning are so outdated, irrelevant and impractical that the students themselves find it hard to translate their book knowledge into real job skills。 Second, there is an oversupply of graduates in certain specialties。

So many of them can not enter the professions for which they are trained。 College graduates are valuable resources in our country。 The problems they encounter in job hunting deserve more attention。

Dear Jenny,

How is your survey on mobile payment going? I’m glad I can help with it.

It is generally believed that China is the largest mobile payment market. Nowhere else is the cashless trend more obvious than in China. Most of us are used to paying by scanning QR codes whatever we buy—books, clothes, and electronic devices, to name a few, which is a glimpse into the life of most Chinese like me and my family.

With the widespread use of mobile payment, Wechat or Alipay is the most convenient and safest way to pay. We rarely need to carry a wallet or cash at all. Besides, never will we worry about getting fake notes or having to count change. In short, mobile payment has greatly changed people's life in China.

Personally, I think mobile payment should be encouraged. First, it has won over consumers with its convenience. Another advantage is that there are often discounts if you make mobile payment, as major online payment platforms are competing to have more consumers use their service.

I hope my explanation can be of some help to you. Wish you good luck.

  Yours faithfully,

  Li Hua

These two pie charts show the difference in the sources of income between Chinese and American students. We can see that Chinese students get 90 percent of their income from their parents, however, American students get only 50 percent from their parents. Besides, Chinese students get only 5 percent of their income from doing part time jobs and another 5 percent from scholarships while money from part time jobs and scholarships for American students amount to 35 and 15 percent respectively.

From the above analysis, we can easily come to the following three conclusions. The first conclusion is that Chinese parents like to take more care of their children. They'd rather work harder and live thriftily in order to provide their children with everything they need. American parents, on the other hand, like to pay more attention to the development of their children's ability to be independent. They'd rather encourage their children to support themselves. The second conclusion is that Chinese students are more dependent on their parents whereas American students are more dependent on themselves. Lastly, there are fewer people in America, so it is easier for students to findapart time job. However, in China, such chances are rare since we have so many people looking for jobs.
